Honey Melts are made with Bit O Honey and freeze-dried to perfection! The freeze-drying process completely changes the texture from the classic chewy taffy to the lightest, tastiest bite ever!
INGREDIENTS: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Nonfat Milk, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Almonds, and Less than 2% of Honey, Salt, Egg Whites, Canola and/or Safflower and/or Palm Oil, Modified Soy Protein, Natural Flavor, TBHQ and CitricAcid (to Preserve Freshness).

FREEZE-DRIED snacks are created by freeze drying the item down to a -40° F. then slowly heating the food item up all while in a vacuum chamber, this removes all the moisture from the item. This process gives the food it’s brittle texture and bold and enhanced flavors.
